I've been working in the nonprofit field since 1989 and consulting since 2003. I work with small organizations, mostly in the human services, in Silicon Valley, Santa Cruz, Monterey, and the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
I've served half-a-dozen organizations as an Interim Executive Director, and served dozens of organizations in short-term projects to help them with strategic planning, fundraising training & coaching, mergers & alliances, and general management consulting.
